Description

As a manager, it is up to you to lead your team and create the connection between individual work and the organization. Although each of us can get bogged down in the daily complexities of our job, it’s your role to help create the vision for how each person’s work fits with the larger goals and to create the vision for what’s possible in the future.
This course provides a specific process for you to conduct one-to-one conversations with each of your employees. The purpose of this discussion is to re-energize and excite your employees about their work, discuss how they fit within the organization, and to talk about the future opportunities that may be available based on the person’s interests and capabilities.
