Emotional intelligence (EI) is the capacity of individuals to recognize their own, and other people's emotions, to discriminate between different feelings and label them appropriately, to use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and to manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt environments or achieve one's goal(s). This course will help you manage your emotions and manage others.
At the end of this course participants will:
Understand what emotional intelligence means
Recognize how our emotional health and physical health are related
Learn techniques to understand, use, and appreciate the role of emotional intelligence in the workplace
