As a leader you are asked to lead and manage others in a way that is consistent with the company’s values. It is critical you role model these values to others so they know what is expected. When your actions are consistent with the company values, you show what it’s like to be a fully contributing team member. If leaders do not lead by example, company values lose their meaning and don’t have the positive impact they should.
